Mrs. Barbara "Bobbie" Miller Osborne, age 84, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at her home.

Born October 11, 1936 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Van and Bessie Ann Fricks Miller.  She was a very active member of Grace Baptist Church where she enjoyed helping with many church ministries.  She was retired from the City of Forest Park where she was employed as the City Clerk.  Bobbie and Ray lived in Jonesboro, GA until 1993 when they moved back to Toccoa.  She loved her Lord, Jesus Christ, her family, friends, and her church family.

Family members include her sister and brother-in-law, Theresa and Dennis Nash of Toccoa; nieces and their husbands, Tracy Wilkes and Steve of Clarkesville and Phyllis Ayers and Rick of Toccoa; nephew and his wife, Bryan Miller and Stacy of Toccoa; great nieces, Jessie Palmer and Mark, Morgan Pearson and Luke, Ella Grace Miller, and Rachel Ayers; and a great-great niece, Sadie Kate Palmer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Osborne; and her brother and sister-in-law, Jack C. and Gayle Miller.

The family will receive friends at Grace Baptist Church from 12:30pm until the service at 2:30pm on Friday, July 9, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at two-thirty Friday, July 9, 2021 at Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Joel Bradberry, the Rev. Scott Alexander, and Mr. David Bloomer officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Erwin Carter, Bryan Miller, Art Johnsa, Michael Pless, David Bloomer and Heath Lyles.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Gene Crawford, Lloyd York, Ben Zorn, and James Green.

Honorable Mention will be the Joy Sunday School Class.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grace Baptist Church Kitchen Committee.
