Mrs. Barbara Bell Dooley, age 87, of Toccoa, GA, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born January 26, 1938 in Toccoa, she was a daughter of the late Isom and Irene Morgan Bell.

She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  During her working career she was employed by WABCO, Stephens County High School cafeteria, Georgia Baptist Assembly, Ingles, and Stephens County Senior Center.

Family members include her daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth Dooley Caldwell and Mike; son and daughter-in-law, Terry Dooley and Jill;  daughter-in-law, Fredda Harrison Dooley; grandchildren and their spouses, Joseph Caldwell and Alisha, Morgan Caldwell, T.R. Dooley and Grayson, Madison White and Alex, Malory Dooley, Myles Payne, Peyton and Ben Busha, and Erin Terrell; seven great grandchildren; brothers, James Bell, Joe Bell and Linda; sister, Juanita Worley; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Owen Dooley; sons, Roger Dooley and Rex Dooley; and a daughter, Gail Charles; brothers, Thomas Bell and Howard Bell, and a sister, Jimmie Alewine.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Sunday, July 6, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Monday, July 7, 2025 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Dr. Jamie Smith and Dr. Fred Lodge officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Derek Bell, David Bell, Keith Worley, Glenn Alewine, Randy Woods, Tony Bell, Kevin Bell, and Dennis Bell.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Ebenezer Baptist Church.
