Mr. Alvin Andrew "Andy" Dooley, age 60, of Toccoa, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at Prism Health Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, SC.

Born September 22, 1964 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late J. W. and Betty Payne Dooley.  Andy was retired.

Family members include his sisters and brothers-in-law, Analyn Booth, Mary Stowe (Gary), Anita Elrod (Michael), and Karen Pressley (Harris); brothers and sisters-in-law, Bud Dooley (Teri) and Eddie Dooley (Becky); special friends, Brad White; his dog, G-Wagon; and nieces, Lori Davidson, Christy Dooley, Mandi Bowles, Alyssa Elrod Utz, Meghan Rowland, Adrianne Dooley, and Ashley Teater; nephew, Jay Dooley.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Scot Stowe.

Andy's wishes were to be cremated with no services.
