Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Land Bell, age 90, of Toccoa, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2026 at the Clary Care Center.

Born November 25, 1935 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Dwight and Jeanette Andrews Land.

Mrs. Bell was a retired bookkeeper for the City of Toccoa, and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Family members include her grandson, Logan Bell (Brooke), of Toccoa; great-grandson, Bryer Bell; daughter-in-law, Jan Bell; sister, Lynda Land; and niece, Arlinda Sexton (Roger).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Bell; son, Gregg Bell; and sister, Gail Beatty.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 12pm – 2pm Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Memorial services will be held at two o’clock Sunday, November 8, 2026 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Brandon Crunkleton officiating.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of the Clary Care Center and Family Hospice for their love and care.
