Mr. Freddie Swain Looney, age 78, of Lavonia, GA, passed away Monday, September 28, 2026 at St. Mary’s Health System in Lavonia.

Born June 14, 1948 in Toccoa, GA, he was the son of the late Swain Edward and Jean Crumpton Looney.

Freddie was retired from C H Motors .

Family members include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger Looney and Judy of Martin and Thomas Looney and Janice Campbell of Martin; nephews, Adam Looney; nieces, Kristi Lester and Scott and Holly Looney.

Freddies wishes were to be cremated. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
